more on Hetidze v.H.

The line of Herba AA on the dam’s side is well known in sport and is also maintained by Mette Hansen, the breeder of Hetidze v. H. Herakles, Reserve Champion of the 2011 stallion licensing  in Neumünster, is very closely related. His full sister Helouis was the TAF Champion Mare that same year in Bornholm, Denmark.

Her sire, Elite Stallion Monteverdi, remains unforgotten – not just because of his achievements on the international dressage stage but also because of his outstanding record in breeding with first class licensed sons and many top mares. The dynasty founded by the Anglo-Arabian mare Herba on the dam’s side, is one of the supporting pillars in Danish Trakehner breeding but is also very popular in Warmblood breeding in Denmark. Her roots go back to the famous and highly refined horses bred at the Polish State Stud in Walewice. The Herbas family also achieved its position of fame in breeding through the Danish sport horse-makers Henkel by Donauwind and Herkules by Chopstick. Especially the championship sire Hertug helped this line to international fame; the Schwadroneur son successfully competed in dressage up to the highest level and sired Grand Prix horses by the dozens.
